ARTICLE 1. PERSONAL DATA THAT WE COLLECT

You may be asked on the Site to provide personal data about yourself or about a third party. This data collection is carried out in particular:

The processing of personal data implemented by LCG via the Website has been subject to the registers and notifications provided for by the French law “Informatique et Libertés” no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, in particular with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr). In the case of a request for access to your personal data, a copy of your front and back identity card is required.

ARTICLE 2: DATA RELATING TO THE CONSULTATION OF THE SITE

Where applicable, the sharing with other persons of the use of this terminal and the configuration of the parameters of the browser used with regard to cookies are a matter of your free choice and your responsibility.

2.2 Third party cookies

When you browse the Site, cookies issued by third-party companies may be placed by them on your terminal, subject to the choices you may have exercised previously or at any time, in particular through the configuration of the parameters of your browser software, under the conditions described in Article 2.3 below. This European platform is shared by hundreds of Internet advertising professionals and constitutes a centralised interface allowing you to express your choices about the cookies that may be used to adapt the advertisements that may be displayed when you visit an online service to your terminal.
Note that this procedure will not prevent the display of advertisements on the websites you visit. It will only block the technologies that allow ads to be adapted to the navigation of your terminal and to your centres of interest.

ARTICLE 3. SOCIAL NETWORKS

The Site uses social network plug-ins, in particular Facebook, operated by Facebook Inc, 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (hereinafter and together the “Social Networks”).
If you interact with the plug-ins, for example by clicking on the “Like” or “Share” button, information related to your browsing of the Site and your membership in these networks will be transmitted to and stored on a server of the company operating the relevant Social Network and shared according to the settings of your user account of these Social Networks, in accordance with the terms of use of the relevant Social Network.
